Stoneware made from two clays, this tea container belongs to a small series of pieces made in 2020 for which an original glaze was made from gold chloride.

The very smooth cover and the small irregularities of the surface may let us think about the skin of a fruit. The wooden lid was carved by the artist and lacquered and gilded by Catherine Nicolas.
